Will I be booked with strangers?

No. All of our experiences are 100% private. You will never be placed with strangers. When you book an experience, it is reserved exclusively for you and the people you bring with you for the full 60-minute experience.

Are there age limits?

Yes. Guests 12 years old and older may participate without adult supervision in most of our experiences. For The Cabin experiences, guests must be 18 or older to participate without an adult. If participants are under 18, at least one adult must be inside the experience with them.

Can small children attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Children 5 years old and under may attend for free and do not require a ticket. However, please note that our escape rooms are not baby-proof or toddler-proof environments. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children and ensuring they do not pull on furniture, touch props, or interact with equipment that could be damaged or cause injury. For safety, small children should remain in a carrier or stroller during the experience whenever possible. Additionally, a waiver must be signed for every participant, including children and non-paying participants.

What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings are final sale, and we do not offer cancellations or refunds. However, if you need to change your plans, you may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

What is the difficulty range for your rooms?

All of our experiences are designed to be challenging but doable. Success often depends on teamwork, communication, and how familiar your group is with escape rooms. Our team is always happy to recommend an experience that best fits your group's experience level.

Do you have a beginner room?

Yes. While all of our experiences are engaging and challenging, some are more linear and beginner-friendly than others. If you are new to escape rooms, our team can recommend an experience that is a great starting point for first-time players.

What is the success rate for your rooms?

Success rates vary depending on the group and their experience level. Rather than focusing on statistics, we encourage guests to focus on the fun, teamwork, and challenge of the experience. Our goal is for every group to have a memorable and exciting adventure whether they escape or not.

Question 8

Can I add one more person to my booking even if the room is full?

Accepted Answer

Our experiences are designed to work best with the maximum number of players listed for each room. However, if you are comfortable with the room being a little more crowded, we can typically allow one additional player. Please note that the experience is designed for a maximum number of players, so having extra participants may mean that some players have less to do during the game.

Can we pay for our tickets individually?

We typically collect payment from one person at the time of booking, and the group works out reimbursement among themselves. We do have the ability to add additional tickets upon arrival if needed, but please note that Friday through Sunday pricing is tiered, which can complicate individual payments. To ensure a smooth check-in and an on-time start, we highly recommend completing payment before arrival.

Do I need to fill out a waiver?

Yes. Every participant must complete a waiver before playing. After booking, the person who made the reservation will receive an email containing the waiver link. Please share that link with everyone in your group so each participant can complete their waiver prior to arrival.

Can I book for a time not listed on your website?

Accepted Answer

Possibly. If you are interested in booking a time that is not currently listed online, please give us a call and we will see if we can accommodate a special time slot. If we are unavailable when you call, feel free to leave a message and someone from our team will return your call as soon as possible.

Question 12

When should I arrive, and what happens if my group is late?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled experience to check in and ensure waivers are completed. If your group arrives late, time may be deducted from your game. If you arrive 10 to 30 minutes late without notifying us beforehand, your booking may be marked as a no-show. After 30 minutes past your scheduled start time, your experience may be cancelled. No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

Can I pay when I arrive?

We generally require payment in advance when booking online or over the phone. If you prefer to pay in person, you may secure your booking by purchasing the minimum required number of tickets online and then pay for any additional tickets upon arrival. If you plan to do this, please arrive 15 minutes early so we have time to process the remaining payments before your experience begins.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer several discounts depending on the situation. We currently offer a 10% Military Discount. Guests booking online will pay the full amount at checkout, and the discount will be refunded upon arrival when a valid military ID is presented. We also offer Passport Holder discounts for eligible guests. Please note that Military and Passport discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
